Idhaya College for Women, Kumbakonam established Integrated Campus Development Cell (ICDC) with the vision of empowering students through holistic development and career-oriented initiatives. The Cell serves as a dynamic platform to nurture students’ intellectual, personal and professional growth by organizing a wide range of programmes and activities.

Integrated Campus Development Cell conducts leadership training, personality development programmes, entrepreneurship awareness sessions, campus interviews, industrial interactions and skill enhancement workshops. These initiatives are designed to equip students with essential competencies, confidence and values required to meet the challenges of the modern world.

The cell functions under the guidance of the Rev. Sr. Dr. Eugin Amala, Principal & Mr. S. Muthukumar, College Corporate Moderator. It focuses on enhancing students’ academic, personal and career growth through structured Programmes, training sessions and development initiatives.
